Refund Policy
Refunds, cancellations, and credits for RankFade subscriptions.
We want every paying customer to get value from the Services. If something is not working for you, contact us early — we will usually find a solution before considering a refund.
1. Free plans and trials
Free plans do not involve payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the Services at any time without notice.
2. Monthly Pro subscriptions
Monthly Pro subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first paid charge. Email us within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund of the most recent month's fees, no questions asked. Renewals after the first month are not covered by the guarantee; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
3. Annual / Yearly Pro subscriptions
Yearly Pro subscriptions come with the same 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase or renewal date. Within 30 days we will refund the full amount. After 30 days we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion based on usage.
4. Lifetime plans
Lifetime plans purchased directly from us may be refunded within 60 days of purchase, for any reason. After 60 days, refunds are not available except where required by law.
5. AppSumo and third-party marketplaces
If you purchased through AppSumo, Dealify, or another partner marketplace, that marketplace's refund window and process apply (typically 60 days for AppSumo). Refunds must be requested through the marketplace, not through us. Once a marketplace processes a refund, we will revoke the related Lifetime entitlement.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you have under your local consumer-protection law, including the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (which may run in parallel with our money-back guarantee, whichever is more favorable to you).
7. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from the workspace help center or email [email protected] with your order ID. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and complete approved refunds within 10 business days, processed by Paddle as our merchant of record.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and refund where appropriate. Unjustified chargebacks (for purchases you authorized and used) may result in suspension of your account, revocation of any associated Lifetime entitlement, and recovery of associated processing fees, in line with applicable card-scheme rules. We will always honor chargebacks that turn out to be the result of fraud.
