RankFade Brief reads a busy Slack channel and posts one short morning digest — wins, decisions, blockers, and action items, each separated and attributed — so the team stays aligned without scrolling back through hundreds of messages or holding another sync meeting.
How it works
On schedule, the bot pulls the recent messages for the channels you selected, generates the digest, and posts it back to Slack. The raw messages are used only to produce that digest and are discarded after processing — the retention policy is `discard_after_processing`. We do not keep a long-term store of your raw channel history.
What we do store
To run the integration we keep your workspace settings: selected channel names or IDs, delivery time, timezone, output language, Slack team ID and name, bot user ID, the encrypted bot token, and the install timestamp — plus the digests you choose to keep. Nothing more.
Steps
- Add RankFade Brief to your Slack workspace via official OAuth.
- Pick the channels, delivery time, timezone, and language.
- Preview a brief, then let the schedule post it automatically. You can change channels or remove the app at any time.
Security and start free
The bot token is encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect in two clicks. The Free plan covers one daily brief for a single channel with no credit card; paid plans add more channels and frequency, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
